More than 25 years ago, Paco Font and Irene Herrero founded F&H Fitness Equipaments in a workshop in the city of Vila-real. Around 1995, Paco, a fan of fitness, bodybuilding and practitioner of karate, judo, etc. he combined his studies with working as a salesperson for a training club equipment company.

Since he loved the fitness industry and knew how to move in a weight room and, having access to all kinds of of machines and equipment began with his new business and his dream... F&H Fitness.

For a demanding person like him, he realized that the manufacturers of the moment had the bar very low, so he did the only thing he could think of, design and develop his own fitness equipment.

His premise was to create customizable, versatile strength equipment that would withstand intensive training and for all types of users. Over the years, his equipment improved and countless orders and projects began to arrive from all the clubs in Spain. Every trainer wanted F&H Fitness equipment for its strength and quality.

Now, after 25 years, F&H Fitness is still a family business that employs more people than ever and is the fitness equipment brand most sought after by professionals in the sector, both private companies and public institutions (universities, schools, city councils, security forces (military, firefighters, police, etc.). F&H Fitness equipment has changed the way of training in many sports centers around the world.
